I’m finally home after 15 days of travel, and what an incredible trip it was. If you want to catch some of the highlights, I’ve been sharing trip reports over on my personal Facebook. Come follow along if you want to keep up with all of our travel adventures.
We’re home for a few weeks, but not for long. Our next stop will be Rock Hill, South Carolina for the Catawba Pow Wow, where we’ll be live streaming.
Powwow season is picking up fast, and there is so much happening the rest of this month. Then March is set to kick off in a big way, so be sure to scroll down and check out all the upcoming events on the Powwows.com calendar.
Also, The Circle, our new community platform, is off to a fantastic start. If you haven’t jumped in yet, come join us. This week’s featured question is: What’s one food that people love that you just don’t get? The answers have been so good already. Come add yours and join the conversation.
Seeing Baby Opie and the family featured on The Jennifer Hudson Show was such a big moment. I love seeing pow wow culture get this kind of mainstream spotlight, especially in a way that feels joyful, respectful, and real.
If you’ve watched Baby Opie online, you already know why so many people are drawn to him. He’s got that kind of presence that just makes you smile. But what makes this even more meaningful to me is that this is not just a viral moment.
trying to stretch my voice to "something" out there. In other words, building a web site from a landing page, domain secured.if anyone has knowledge and interest in that area, I am open to listen and take notes.Endless Knowledge Industry and such. nothing crazy. lol.thanks in advance for your sharing.
