From OST DPS Highway Safety There was an altercation between several males at the Powwow in Pine Ridge. During this altercation, a 57-year-old male was shot several times. Suspect fled the scene on foot. Victim was transported to the Pine Ridge Emergency Room. And later transported by life flight to monument in Rapid City. Suspect was located in a vehicle trying to leave the powwow grounds and taken into custody. |
